Returns and Refunds
At Posturite, Posturite wants you to be happy every time you shop with Posturite, but please understand that sometimes you will need to return.
If you change your mind and your item is unused and in original condition, Posturite offers a full refund when you return it within 30 days* with proof of your purchase, such as a confirmation email or order number.
*Sorry, Posturite cannot accept returns for some items, such as custom made items, which are clearly marked as “Non-returnable” in the “Delivery and Returns” section of each product page – unless of course they are defective/damaged or sent in error.
Posturite will refund the monetary value of items returned to Posturite at the price you purchased, but not shipping charges. Please contact Customer Service on +44 (0) 345 345 0010 to obtain a return order and number.
Goods must be returned within business hours, freight paid, undamaged, in original packaging, with a return order attached, at your own expense. Please ensure that the section containing the return address is securely affixed to the outside of your packaging – returns will not be accepted if any labels are directly affixed to the product packaging. Posturite reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is believed to be damaged or tampered with.
If you are returning an item due to a Posturite error or defective/damaged, please contact Posturite to advise when the item will be packed and ready for collection. If you do not wish to use this free pickup service, Posturite welcomes returns at your own expense.
If an item is returned due to item failure, it will be tested and if faulty, a replacement will be issued. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
In the unlikely event that an item fails, Posturite will collect it, handle all shipping, and either refund or offer you a replacement. Please notify Posturite within the 14-day cooling-off period to ensure the claim is valid.
