How much is shipping on my order? ⮞

Please see the table above for shipping costs. Each product will display the shipping cost on the product page. For orders of multiple items, the price is determined by the item with the highest shipping cost. Free delivery on orders over £40. Fees are also shown on checkout prior to payment.

When do you ship? ⮞

Orders placed before 2pm will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next business day.

Who will deliver my order? ⮞

Core Balance Fitness works with Yodel, DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes and XDP. The appropriate carrier is selected at the time of shipment, therefore Core Balance Fitness cannot advise in advance who will deliver your order.

How can I track my order? ⮞

You will receive a delivery confirmation email with delivery details including, if applicable, a tracking number. If you created an account here with Core Balance Fitness when placing your order, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

While Core Balance Fitness has made every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the time frame selected, circumstances beyond Core Balance Fitness’ control may cause delays. Core Balance Fitness is not responsible for any damages caused by delayed delivery of your order.
If you choose express delivery and your order is more than one day late, you can request that the shipping cost be reduced to the price of Economy/Standard delivery.
Items will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you are purchasing multiple items, some items may be packaged and shipped separately.
How to cancel my order? ⮞

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Core Balance Fitness as soon as possible after placing your order. Since Core Balance Fitness uses paperless batch picking, your order may be processed beyond the point where it can be canceled immediately after it is placed. If this is the case, you can refuse delivery or arrange for a return.

Where do you deliver to? ⮞

Core Balance Fitness ships to the UK mainland according to the above criteria and courier information. For the Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland, the following information applies:

Northern Ireland: 24-hour delivery to Northern Ireland is not available. 72 hour shipping option available. Please contact Core Balance Fitness if you have any questions.
For small to medium items (delivered via Yodel and Royal Mail), Core Balance Fitness will deliver free of charge to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
For oversized items (shipping using XDP), Core Balance Fitness may not be able to ship outside of your zip code, so please contact Core Balance Fitness before placing an order so that Core Balance Fitness can confirm delivery.
BFPO Address – Core Balance Fitness can deliver via Royal Mail to a BFPO address.
What will happen if I’m not here? ⮞

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are present at the time of delivery or pick up the item from the warehouse/sorting office. Orders that are returned but not delivered can be re-delivered (an additional delivery fee will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the failed delivery fee).
