If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Complete Care Shop as soon as possible and Complete Care Shop will do its best to cancel the order for you. If it has gone too far through the system to be canceled, you will need to return it to the Complete Care Shop for refund processing once it has been delivered. What is the delivery fee?
Complete Care Shop has two tracking delivery services (one signed and one unsigned, depending on your product size) so you can follow up on your order after it has shipped. The following prices apply to postage and packaging for all UK mainland addresses and most non-UK mainland addresses:

Standard Shipping: £4.45 excluding VAT for orders up to £50.00

Express: £7.45 for next business day delivery (if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday)

Where do you deliver to?
Complete Care Shop offers delivery almost across the UK, but some addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man incur additional delivery charges.

Complete Care Shop also delivers to Northern Ireland, with some restrictions. Products shipped directly from Complete Care Shop suppliers are temporarily unavailable in Northern Ireland following Brexit. Complete Care Shop will continue to monitor this situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
This will depend on the product you purchased and the delivery method you choose. If you purchased the item and used Complete Care Shop’s standard delivery service, it will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive. With Express from the Complete Care Shop, products are shipped next day from the warehouse (if ordered before 4pm) and take 1-2 business days to arrive.

If your purchases come directly from Complete Care Shop’s suppliers, it is currently taking longer than usual due to inevitable global delivery issues. Complete Care Shop’s suppliers are working hard to minimise these delays, but this has resulted in longer than expected wait times.

Please wait for the full delivery window to expire before contacting customer service for advice – eg. Orders awaiting standard delivery arrive exactly 5 days after shipping. Until this happens, the Complete Care Shop’s team will not be able to provide any additional information, please contact customer service to chase delivery before the necessary time has elapsed for your selected delivery window.

Do I need to pay extra for shipping if part of my order is out of stock?
Don’t worry, Complete Care Shop won’t charge you extra for shipping if part of your order is out of stock. Complete Care Shop will send it to you as soon as it is in stock.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
You can place an order from overseas for delivery to a UK address, but Complete Care Shop does not offer delivery to locations outside the UK.

Do I have to sign for the package when it arrives?
Currently, Complete Care Shop’s delivery partners are taking steps to avoid contact while delivering, which means you don’t need to sign for the package at this time. They’ll knock on the door, drop your cargo on your doorstep, and step back. When you answer, they’ll ask for your name to record it’s been delivered safely, but they won’t ask you to sign with a handheld device.

What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver my package?
If you are away from home when the courier tries to deliver your package, they may at their discretion leave the package with a neighbor, or they may leave a calling card for you to schedule a more suitable delivery time.

Can I put items in my order to multiple addresses?
No, orders can only be delivered to one address and cannot be split. If you need to ship items to different addresses, you will need to place a new order for each shipping address (if applicable, you must pay the shipping fee for each order).

How do I return it?
Sometimes things don’t always work out, you may have received something you no longer need, it may be the wrong size, or you just want to return it. Complete Care Shop will be happy to provide an alternative or refund if returned to Complete Care Shop within 30 days of receipt.

My order arrived faulty/damaged – what should I do?
Complete Care Shop packages are packaged to ensure any damage in transit is kept to an absolute minimum. However, Complete Care Shop is happy to return or replace any damaged or defective items (if available, subject to stock availability) within 30 days of delivery.

If your item fails within twelve months of receipt, Complete Care Shop will try to replace, repair or refund (subject to stock availability).
