About Nasty Gal
Nasty Gal exists for “Girls in Progress.” Badass to the core, constantly evolving and growing, trying to get better. Damn. day. Defects are encouraged.
Nasty Gal started out in a small San Francisco apartment filled with killer antiques, a laptop and an eBay account. Thirteen years later, Nasty Gal has outgrown that apartment and moved to Los Angeles, and today Nasty Gal is bigger and better than ever. Nasty Gal is now launching new clothing, shoes and accessories under Nasty Gal’s own label – all for girls who know how to own it and feel confident to be themselves.
How do I go back?
1. Repack your items
No packaging, no problem! Simply place your items in an opaque, sealable and waterproof item.
2. Click the “Start Returns” button to log into Nasty Gal’s Returns Portal
You will need the last 4 digits of your order number and email/phone number, so please make a note of these before proceeding.
3. Select your preferred return option
(Print return labels at home or in stores). You can find the postage price in the portal, or you will be asked to download the return label and pay for postage at your local post office.
4. Once you have processed and paid for the return in the portal, you can publish it!
Make sure you keep proof of postage and use a traceable service.
5. Keep an eye on your returns tracking.
You will receive an email when Nasty Gal receives your returned item.

Nasty Gal has gone paperless! You will no longer receive the delivery note in the package. Choose your preferred method of return and get your traceable return label, just follow the simple steps above.
For hygiene reasons, Nasty Gal cannot provide refunds for fashion masks, makeup, pierced jewelry, swimwear or underwear if the seal is damaged or no longer present. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original labels. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For international returns, you will be charged a return fee, you can find the postage price in the portal, or you will be asked to download the return label and pay the postage at your local post office. Please use the traceable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.
You have 28 days from the date you receive your item to send it back to Nasty Gal.
If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or voucher, Nasty Gal will reissue the same amount as the refund.
If you return via the portal, it may take up to 3 days for your return to arrive at Nasty Gal and up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you have waited more than 14 days and have not received an email from Nasty Gal, please contact Nasty Gal.
