How long will it take for my Merlin Pass to arrive?
All monthly Merlin Pass memberships will be sent the next day, so you will receive your pass within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I use my Merlin Pass membership immediately after purchase?
If you wish to visit Merlin attractions before receiving your pass, you can enter by showing your order confirmation email, photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and the payment card assigned to your Merlin membership.
The above process only applies within the first 5 days of activating your Merlin membership-after that, you will need to show your physical pass. Tickets purchased due to failure to present the correct documents or physical passes will not be refunded.
Can I pick up my Merlin Pass at one of their attractions?
All Merlin Pass monthly memberships are sent and tracked through Royal Mail-which means you will not be able to collect from attractions.

No, your payment date cannot be changed. They will deduct your monthly payment on the day of the month you originally signed up for Merlin membership.
