How long is the warranty period?
All designer glasses and sunglasses from Maverick & Wolf have a warranty. Fortunately, for most brands carried by Maverick & Wolf, these warranties last at least one year. For all brands provided by LUXOTTICA, namely Chanel, Prada, Ray-Ban, the warranty period is 2 years. Can I cancel my order?

What is your return/exchange policy?
For a full refund or exchange, unused products must be returned to Maverick & Wolf within 14 days of delivery. Maverick & Wolf regrets to inform you that Maverick & Wolf will not bear the cost of return postage or prescription lenses. Because the value of the 1.5 index lens is £30, if the prescription order is returned, at least £30 will be deducted from your refund.
If you want to make a second exchange, a handling fee of £10 will be charged.
If you think there is a problem with your glasses when you receive them, please contact Maverick & Wolf immediately. The customer service team at Maverick & Wolf will be happy to help you. As a customer, you are responsible for returning the undamaged merchandise with the original packaging intact.
If your order has been delivered to your work address or alternative address, the return/exchange period starts when you sign for delivery, even if you did not sign for the package in person.
Do you bear the round-trip postage of Chanel products?
If you buy Chanel glasses, Maverick & Wolf will refund up to £7.15 for the return postage. If the return service you use does not show the postage cost on the shipping label, please don’t forget to attach a copy of your postage receipt.
How long does it take to process the refund?
According to Maverick & Wolf’s quality control policy, once Maverick & Wolf receives your glasses, Maverick & Wolf will inspect them and notify you that Maverick & Wolf has received the item. Maverick & Wolf always strives to process your refund as soon as possible within 30 days after you place your order. After Maverick & Wolf has processed your refund, please wait 1 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If I buy a birthday gift, can the return/exchange period be extended?
