Can I change my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact Maia Studios’ customer service team as soon as possible and Maia Studios may update your order. If your order is already packed, Maia Studios will not be able to make any modifications.

Maia Studios is happy to accept the return of all unworn, unused items in their original packaging and labels intact. Returns must be sent to Maia Studios within 14 days of receipt.

Maia is not responsible for return shipping. Maia Studios recommends that you use a tracking service through your local post office to ensure your return arrives safely at Maia Studios.

Once received by Maia Studios, it will take up to 5-8 business days to process your refund. All payments will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

Items must show no signs of wear; please take care to avoid transfer of makeup, perfume or tan when trying on. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and unmarked to be accepted for return. Maia Studios’ goal is to accept all returns where possible, but any items that are not in suitable condition will be returned to the sender.
