Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Little Ratbag does everything they can to ship the goods directly out.

If you wish to return the product, Little Ratbag accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. These need to be returned in the same condition as delivered.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery costs are calculated based on a number of variables including: destination, weight and type of service. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Since every item is made for every customer, Little Ratbag only offers one delivery method.

What delivery method does Little Ratbag use?

U.K.

For UK orders, Little Ratbag uses Royal Mail

Little Ratbag’s standard service uses Royal Mail 2nd class service, which will contact you within approximately 3 working days.

 

International

For international deliveries, Little Ratbag uses Royal Mail. The price will depend on your basket size and shipping destination. Orders with free shipping will be sent using either service based on destination, weight and value.

 

Shipping to your address

Once an order has been processed, the delivery address for that order cannot be changed.

Please provide Little Ratbag with a delivery address so that someone can sign for your package. If no one is there when the courier calls, they leave a card. You can call them to arrange another day delivery or pick up from your local warehouse.

Global delivery

Little Ratbag provides standard Royal Mail service for international orders.

Standard delivery of Little Ratbag is free under certain order thresholds. Spend over £100 in Europe, the US and Canada or £200 in the rest of the world to qualify for free standard delivery. Standard delivery orders will be sent using Royal Mail based on destination, weight and value.

Royal Mail International delivery for Little Ratbag uses Royal Mail IInt Signed or Royal Mail Int Tracked*. Using this service, your order should take 1-2 days to process and ship, usually within 7-10 days for Europe and 10-15 days for the rest of the world. Please note that this service may require a signature upon delivery.

*Orders to the US and Canada will be sent via Royal Mail Int Tracked, a fully tracked service. Orders will take 1-2 days to process and ship, usually 9-10 days to arrive.

 

How fast will my order be shipped?

If you choose Little Ratbag’s standard service order, it may take 1-2 days to process and ship, with a longer delivery time.

Can all items be shipped worldwide?

Little Ratbag ships most items worldwide, but some items are limited based on the exact shipping destination.

Do I need to pay customs fees in my country?

Goods transported within the EU are not subject to import or export duties. All shipments to EU countries already include the relevant VAT.

Shipments to outside the EU do not include VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be levied once the shipment arrives in your country. Please note: Little Ratbag is required by law to declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping costs) on all parcels sent outside the EU. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. Little Ratbag cannot describe content inaccurately, ask for a lower value, or mark it as a gift. Please do not ask or expect Little Ratbag to do any of the above. For details on customs fees, please consult your own customs authority for the latest rates.

U.S. Customs and Import Duties

All shipments to the US and Canada are subject to import duties and taxes. This amount varies by destination state and the type of item ordered. There are many online tariff calculators that can help you estimate these costs. Alternatively, check with your local customs office or email Little Ratbag.

The Assos Factory Outlet website will automatically cancel the 20% VAT that you do not have to pay when you select USD as your currency or select a delivery destination outside the EU.

When your shipment arrives at U.S. Customs, you may be asked to provide the registration/identification number required for customs clearance (e.g. including EIN, SSN, VAT, GST, RFC, etc.)
