How can I track my order?

JSX). *Please note that the tracking code is only sent once to the logistics provider, so it may take a few hours to be registered.

How can I export goods to other countries and will I get a refund?

*You can request a refund. What is FC-MOTO Germany’s return policy?
When you receive your package, you have 30 days to return it. If you want a full refund, the product must be new, unused and packed in the original materials. Returns are free if you live in Germany.
