Returns and EKO Home’s promise to you
EKO Home wants you to be satisfied with your purchase from www.ekohome.co.uk. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of purchase and EKO Home will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.
The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
Please do not return products to EKO Home without contacting EKO Home, EKO Home is not responsible for any items returned to EKO Home without authorization.
If EKO Home requires the item to be returned to EKO Home, EKO Home is not responsible for loss or damage in transit, so please ensure that the product is adequately packaged and returned to EKO Home via a tracking service. Please note that any return postage incurred by the customer will not be refunded.
Please note that if EKO Home arranges a UK pickup for you, this service costs £10 to cover the cost of the courier service and will be deducted from your refund. For any international collection please contact EKO Home for a quote. Any original postage incurred will not be refunded.

Return Procedure
If purchasing from www.ekohome.co.uk, please contact EKO Home at info@ekohome.co.uk and EKO Home will provide you with return instructions.
Pack the returned item securely in its original packaging. All items must be returned in resaleable condition.
All refunds should be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item at EKO Home’s warehouse. If you do not receive a refund within this time, please contact EKO Home to provide tracking information for the return so EKO Home can investigate and locate the package.
Unfortunately, EKO Home can only return items purchased from ekohome.co.uk, EKO products purchased from other retailers should be returned directly.
