The idea is simple: a trusted brand loved by customers that will provide freedom for the best cannabis products, backed by science and nature. In building a brand of integrity, he will be able to provide people with the best over-the-counter cannabis treatment as the law and medicine advance.
Although a lot has changed at Cannacares since Isaac first started working, Cannacares’ values remain the same. Cannacares partners with top innovators in the biotech and medical cannabis worlds to bring a wide range of products directly to consumers. Cannacares has spoken to scientists and chemists at the forefront of cannabinoid research to ensure Cannacares has the best delivery method available (from sublingual wafers to transdermal patches). Cannacares works with some of the biggest innovators in biopharma to deliver effective and targeted products while keeping them affordable and affordable.
Cannacares Return Process
Cannacares trusts that you will be 100% satisfied with your Cannacares product. However, if for any reason you change your mind about your order, Cannacares will gladly accept returns provided they are postmarked 14 days from the date of purchase and in new, unused condition. All returned items must contain their original labels and tags, and in the case of CBD oil, the seal must be intact.
Return Process
First, please email hello@cannacares.co.uk to request a return. A member of Cannacares’ customer service team will advise you on how to pack your product and where to send it.
Refunds and Fees
Once Cannacares receives your returned item, Cannacares will inspect it to ensure it is in new, unused and undamaged condition. If this is the case, Cannacares will process your return or exchange immediately.
Please note that it may take approximately 7 days from receipt of return to receipt of refund. Cannacares will notify you via email if there are any issues with your return, or if your return has been processed.
Cannacares does require that you bear the cost of shipping the item back to Cannacares (unless otherwise agreed with the staff). Cannacares recommends that you use tracking postage to ensure your return arrives safely at Cannacares.
