Because AC Lens doesn’t want you to lose any cash, if your new glasses or contacts don’t fit you, AC Lens will send them back. no problem. Transportation and Distribution
AC Lenses offers free standard shipping and returns on all eyewear orders within the United States. All other boats are quoted $99. Ac Lens offers a 365-day return policy so you can rest as long as you want.

AC lenses make it easy, and AC lenses don’t charge you. So no matter your reason, U.S. customers have up to 365 days to return your item for free.
The following is:
1. Contact the AC Lens customer service team and ask for free return shipping. They need to know your name, order number, reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
2. Next you will receive an email with a link to print the label – AC LENS can be mailed, please let AC Lens know if it is easier. Each label is marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; please note that it is not eligible for returns.
3. Finally, package your items (preferably in the original box, but AC Lens got it, stuff happens), put the label on it and mail it back.
